AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY

Jan Willem Duyvendak is professor of sociology at the University of Amsterdam. Frank Hendriks is professor of comparative governance at the University of Tilburg. Mies van Nierkerk is research director at the NICIS Institute in Amsterdam.
